Sciatica?

Can you just have it in your lower back and butt? I don't have any tingling or pain down my leg, but I have constant lower back pain and pain in one butt cheek. Could it be sciatica? I didn't have this with my first.

Yes it can be sciatica. I have sciatica, though I get it down my legs and on either side but it can be just lower back or just lower back and butt.

Google search pregnancy stretches for sciatic pain and see if it helps. You can also use a heating pad or ice pack or massage the area to ease the pain. But the stretching is definitely a life saver.

Hope that helps 💖

I'm having the exact same pain. It's just in my right butt cheek and sometimes in my lower back. My Dr said it's SI pain, which is very similar to sciatica. The only thing that helps me is certain stretches and a serola SI belt that I was able to get through my OB and my insurance covered it. Id recommend looking up bob and Brad physical therapist SI or sciatica pain on YouTube. They have some great advice and stretches. Good luck. Hope this helps!

Yes that is exactly where mine always occurs.

Licensed massage therapist here! Sciatica looks different for everyone. Since it is due to nerve compressions it's very normal to have it all over the place depending on your own individual body and nerves.
