Can Norethisterone affect ovulation?

I took Norethisterone back in April to delay my period for my wedding in May. Were now trying to conceive but I was wondering if taking this can affect ovulation for a few months afterwards?

Hi, I look it for a few days for my wedding week in May 22 and fell pregnant straight away. This time I took it for a holiday (for 2 weeks) and ovulation tests are showing low fertility. Have you had any more information on this?
