Have the doctors told you? Like are you and your spouse a carrier for the same gene. My doctor told me I was a carrier for it but I was like 1 in 100. So unless you guys both are I say don’t worry mama🩷💐

yeah don’t be scared just enjoy your pregnancy, it’s normal for us to be worried are whole pregnancy we just want a healthy baby 🩷

have your partner get his screening done you both have to be carriers and then pass that mutation on for baby to have it so though the odds sound scary it’s likely your baby will be beautiful and healthy! 🫶🏻

I’m 13 weeks and I just found out yesterday that I am a carrier too… and my husband got tested yesterday in the afternoon. The test results usually take a while to come back, but I am so scared. I’ve been crying a lot. I’m so so scared that my baby will have it
