What could this be?
Past few days my 6 week old has come out with these red spots on both sides of face/behind ears Could this be baby acne? any advice would be appreciated thanks! another pic in comments

My little one has this too :) hers is from milk rash but this very much looks like baby acne :) my LO is almost 2 months old
Milk rash or newborn acne. Just rub a little breast milk on them and it’ll go away :)
Possibly a milk rash? What milk does she have?
