Heat rash?!

So I have just found out a couple of days ago that i am pregnant, 4 weeks tomorrow!
The past 2 days my hands and arms have been covered in this rash? Its not raised or bumped just looks really red and blotchy.
Is this normal in early pregnancy? Is it just another symptom?

I am not sure if that is a heat rash because it would go away when you cool down in a few hours. I had a rash like that with COVID last year or you could be sensitive to something! If it starts getting itchy or you have fever or lasts another day or two you should talk with your doctor!
