7 month old bumped her head

Hi everyone, my 7 month old has just bumped the side of her head of a wooden car. It’s a little bruised and red around the bruise. She’s acting normal doing normal things and drinking her milk the same as usual. Should I take her to the out of hours gp or just keep her monitored? Not really sure what to do as this has never happened but she’s learning how to crawl and stand now 😩

I get calls almost daily from my daughter’s daycare due to her falling and hitting her head on something ever since she’s started to crawl and now walk. Your daughter is going to get so many bumps and bruises but I promise they are more resilient than you think. If she’s acting like her normal self then there’s no need to worry. Just monitor and see if anything changes but she’ll be okay mamas

My boy bumps his head on the daily, it's all part of them learning how to crawl, pull to stand, walk etc etc. just keep an eye and if anything seems out of the ordinary then call out of hours.
