Recently started this book and it's so interesting on so many levels. Would highly recommend.

I’m listening to it now. Very interesting! Ive always been skeptical of the methods we use in western culture but some of this feels a tad further than I expected. My daughter is too young to really start implementing anything/seeing results. Curious to know if you’ve changed how you approach parenting and if it’s yielded positive results.
