Spinal block

I had spinal block for a episiotomy forceps delivery and I’m 12 weeks pp and I feel like my nerves are damaged down my right side into my leg and my skin on my bum cheeks feels slightly numb. What probably didn’t help was the fact the doctors tried to get the needle in 11 times. Will this just heal itself because it’s driving me mad and is super uncomfortable sat in certain positions or even when I’m stood up
