Gaviscon rash?
Hello, my baby girl was prescribed gaviscon yesterday and I’ve just gave her the first sachet this morning and when she’s had her milk this red rash has appeared around her mouth, has anyone else’s little ones had this happen? Should I not give her anymore? Thanks

No experience of this but I wouldn’t be tempted to avoid giving it until you’ve spoken to a doctor/pharmacist just incase it’s a reaction. Hopefully it disappears soon 🤞🏻

how old is she? If she’s >3 months, do you think she could be teething?
she’s 2 months old, I questioned teething but this rash only came when I gave her the gaviscon and then disappeared xx
