Hypnobirthday Course
Hi all! New to this group and the area. Has anyone done any hypnobirthday courses that they would recommend? Struggling to find pure hynobirthday rather than antenatal with a hypno module in it. My husband works Tuesday and Thursday nights so it would need to be on another day as he is really keen to be involved. Alternatively, if you have any online recommendations I’d be grateful to hear about those too. Thank you! 🥰
