Signs of labour?

I lost my mucus plug around 10 pm and about an hour or so later, my contractions started. They were consistent but irregular the entire night, but so uncomfortable/painful I couldn’t sleep. I did so many chores throughout the night while I waited for the OBGYN to open at 9 am. They said to head to labor and delivery, where they told me I was 3 cm dilated. They had me walk laps around for a bit, and then admitted me

I just felt a lot of pressure in pelvis for a few days before. Woke up at 4 in morning with period like cramps and when I went to the toilet I noticed a little bit of my mucus plug. Then my waters went and contractions started getting more intense. Hopefully it happens soon for you 🙏🏻☺️

Following along as in the same- no signs other than braxton hicks… baby hasn’t dropped either I just get lightning- had a cervical check 5 days ago and am 1cm dilated

Hi, I’m 38 wks +1 day but I’ve been laboring since July 16th and I am already (at least from Monday) 50% effaced and 3 cm dilated. My early signs of labor are as follows:

-really bad cramping pain in my side, which I actually assumed were gas pains, and I did not realize they were contractions as I am a FTM

-next day lost my mucus plug

-continued cramping pains but now in both my back and/or side

Following. I've been getting period like pelvic pain but no contraction/cramping if that makes sense. No mucus plug yet, I'm due tomorrow (40 weeks). They did two sweeps and last one was Friday when they said my cervix was closed.... :( hopefully us who haven't started yet see these babies soon!

0 signs until i lost my mucus plug/bloody show. labor started a few hours later

Woke up to contractions

No signs at all, just woke up having what felt like period pains which quickly started getting stronger and I realised they were contractions 🤣

I lost my mucus plug after my sweeps 40+2 then nothing then suddenly 40+5 my waters broke randomly but no contractions so was induced in the end x

Constipation the whole night and feeling the urge to poop. I thought I just had really bad stomach digestion but they were contractions and I pooped twice during them. The next morning I was 4 cm dilated and gave birth at 9:23 pm

I’m 40+3 today, had my sweep on Friday but they couldn’t do a full one because only the outside of my cervix was open, I’ve felt pressure here and there but nothing has came from it, really hoping he’s still going to be a July baby

I lost my mucus plug at 39 weeks but nothing followed from then it was clear and not have any blood or any other discharge since then
