Nausea and vomiting 38 weeks

Anyone else getting nausea or throwing up? Last 2 days it’s been almost like the first trimester morning sickness. Im also having horrible heartburn that tums doesn’t do a thing for. I’m 38 weeks and 2 days so it’s still so early to be in actual labor, right?? I’m wondering if this is common or not? I’m also having contractions that go away. I already called my doctor and he made me feel like such an idiot for calling. It was a really disappointing conversation that I wish I didn’t have so I’m here hoping for better advice.

I heard that nausea is a sign of early labor 🫣. Maybe baby is coming soon!

Oh man that’s rough! Sometimes intense heartburn can lead to nausea and vomiting. My OB recommended Pepcid or OTC Famotidine to alleviate my nightly heartburn and it’s really helped me! Ask your doctor if you can take it. It may seem no big deal to him but he’s not the one in such discomfort. Advocate for yourself or ask your partner to!

I am 36 weeks pregnant with my third and this is my first time dealing with diarrhea and nausea in my third trimester. I even lost my appetite. So weird. It's so true when they say every pregnancy is different. I did hear that these are signs that labor is around the corner, but idk if that's true.
