Nose bleed

I’ve got up this morning had a cup of tea and while I’ve been sat there my nose has started to bleed, I have never had a nose bleed before so this is very strange for me. It also wasn’t pouring it was like when you have a runny nose it just stopped. I checked my blood pressure also and it was 133/70 and my pulse is 108. Is this normal? Is my blood pressure high? I’m waiting on a call back about a prenatal midwife calling me about my anxiety so unsure if it’s got anything to do with this?

I’ve been having nose bleeds for the past few weeks almost daily. Like you it’s only like a runny nose and doesn’t last very long, my midwife said it’s due to the increased blood volume and very common. At the moment the heat is making it worse ☹️
You’ve done the right thing contacting the midwife, always best to get their advice
Hopefully it’s just another one of the pregnancy “perks” lol xx
