Vitamins for hair loss

I didn’t take vitamins but I tried a scalp serum from Freshly although not consistently, it is breastfeeding friendly, but tbh I have so much new hair now that I think it will naturally go back to what I had before. There is a brand called Holistic that have some products and are very popular, I haven’t tried them myself though.
