Taking any and every opportunity to nap is pretty much my key thing right now 🀣 we've got a 20 month old too so I'm just so tired and I don't sleep too well at night time, even though our wee girl is a great sleeper, so any chances for daytime naps are my thing! Everything else can do one; housework, cooking, etc. haha. I have just signed up for a five week block of pregnancy yoga classes in the hope that it will somehow rejuvenate me or something! Birthing ball was a must for me last time too, just got bobbing around on when I was uncomfy. Xxx

ahh I feel you!! I have a 14 month old and sleep is nonexistent because of hip pain and just general tossing and turning πŸ˜‚ I already do yoga on the birthing ball daily. Do you ever meal prep or make freezer meals? I remember cooking postpartum the first time felt like such a chore and I’m wondering if it’s worth doing some batch cooking and freezing it πŸ˜…

I swim every week and honestly it makes such a difference to my hips, they feel so much more flexible from it and so nice to have baby pressure aliviated for 30 mins each time!

I have started prepping for pregnancy and labour pre conception πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ€—πŸ˜„ Proper planner here! Did all research, found midwives/nurses whose approach I liked so knew I will buy their birth, breastfeeding, postpartum courses/books.
Main thing is to prepare your mind and get to the right positive mindset and approach it as something beautiful and awaited and positive, not something to fear. Body wise as said above, try to be active. I have been energy less having physical job from day 1, so I walk a lot daily and still using my regular scooter to get around, will have to stop that soon. Got a birthing ball for stretches and a yoga mat I never use πŸ‘€πŸ€£πŸ€
Defo will do a meal prep/freeze couple things but we got the tiniest freezer so won't be more than 4, maybe 5 meals. But we will do Hello Fresh/Green Chef and my mum will stay with us for 2 weeks when we agree and she will cook πŸ€—πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
Listening to podcasts and not focusing only on labour but also on the PP period and breastfeeding to feel calm and empowered
