My son’s temperature is around 39 plus. Would you manage it with capol for a couple of days or go see a Dr ?

I’d maybe get him checked over if he has a high temperature and not himself . Could maybe be a infection somewhere

I hate temperatures so I’d probably get them checked over . I’d manage it tonight (if you can) then book an apt in the morning if no better - could be tonsillitis, my sons had it a few times xx
