Non dairy milk // Constipation// Ripple
Which non dairy milk are you guys giving your littles? We made the switch to cows milk and baby has been soooo constipated. When she poops it’s so painful that she cries, she’s even gone two seperate days without pooping. We know that it’s not because of her liquid intake going down because we’re supplementing what would be formula bottles with water and watered down juice. I was soooo hesitant to start cows milk because no one in our house drinks cows milk and i’m upset that I listened to the peds and gave her it anyway 😫 I’m thinking of starting ripple kids!

Following because my baby has also had bad constipation
Kate farms is good and Ped recommended but expensive. Ripple Kids is a good alternative
we literally had to help her by pulling the poop out 😫 traumatizing.
My lactose sensitive boy has done well with Ripple Kids or Fairlife whole milk (lactose free)
Have you tried raw milk?
update! ripple worked wonders for her, she took it like a pro and is also back regular! definitely recommend
