Citizens advice - finances review?

I've just had a call from the council telling me I've been accepted for a property but as its new build and I'd have to pay £14 a week they want me to do a financial check just to make sure I can afford it. I can and get why they do it. But has anyone had this before? How long doesnit take for them to get in touch to discuss? I need to leave my property asap

I did move into a new property not long ago in wolves and they do financial check and I think it only took less than 24hours depending on urgent you let them know you need to move out. All the best with your move.
