Health after baby

Hey 👋 any advice is welcome 🤗 I'm 8 weeks pp and I'm stuck in a rut of not going far unless it's in the car. EBF means I feel stressed going out in the pram too long or far. And sometimes I'm breastfeeding for sooo long or frequent I'm tired and don't do any exercise 🤦 what got you moving and up? I'm trying to eat healthy, I used to be so thin and super healthy, working out every day! But now I'm different. A size bigger and also just think I deserve a daily treat which isn't helping me lose the baby weight! 🤦 Any tips, tricks, motivation, tough love even? Thanks 💖 xx

Im sorry dear! It is so hard!! I felt that way too and stressed too much leaving the house. For me it got easier at 4 months-or maybe I just got desperate to see people!
I would do squats with my baby and it would make him laugh, or lay on my back and lift him up and down like a weight bar. Or dead lifts with him or kettle ball swings (safely). Dancing with baby is good too. When he was really little and not mobile I would do yoga next to him or crunches/abs.

Take it slow, your body is still healing. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. You can always lose weight later, but i know it does help your mood. Your beautiful, strong body just gave and IS giving life to this little babe 🥹♥️Besides working out a lot can lower your supply
