Baby groups and meet ups

Hi! My name is Amy and I had a baby 3 weeks ago, she is called Mia!
I have a toddler called Noah and he’s 3 but goes to nursery 3 days a week.
I’m looking for some good places to go and visit with baby either alone, with others (if anyone fancies a meet up!) or groups or sessions that are good.
I am new to the area and don’t have any mama friends or know much about what is about.
