Breastfeeding and pumping

I wonder if anyone has any advice or thoughts. I started off pumping as my baby was born prematurely and fed through a tube. Eventually I was able to produce well and build a supply. Now I'm breastfeeding and the supply we had is almost gone as we used it in the first week so my partner could do some feeds so I could rest. We've also used it for giving Gaviscon for silent reflux. Now I want to breastfeed and pump so I can build up a new supply so my partner can do an evening feed and I can get a decent sleep once in a while.

Does anyone have any tips on the best time to pump? For context, I'm currently breastfeeding every 3 hours.

After baby eats if you can
I usually pump once my son is sleep for the night before I go to bed

I usually pump while my baby was feeding on the opposite side, then swap when LO swapped. Also, during the bedtime routine I would pump while dad did story and settle down :)
