Eye rubbing/Sleep regression??
Has anyone else experience their baby rubbing their eyes in the middle of the night? to the point where he’s waking himself up and cries. I’ll put his pací in but he’ll continue to rub his eyes and wake himself up , it’s so frustrating!! He’s been a great sleeper but this is night 3 so wondering if this is the 4 month sleep regression or if I should invest in another sleep sack or suit to prevent him from rubbing his eyeballs out 😅

Mine is also doing this- eye rubbing and flailing her legs all over the place. and yes she does it so intensely that she eventually wakes herself up. meanwhile i’m not getting any sleep at all because she’s so loud while she’s doing it! i know they are trying to learn self soothing but it’s soo hard to not intervene.
