No longer incognito cuz maybe someone feels the way I do...

SOMETIMES ITS NOT "Postnatal Depression" SOMETIMES ITS "I hate my life as a mother and I want my old life back" Some people would live a happier life (Me included) If we never had children EVEN THOUGH that child or children has brought us so much joy Added- Its not like we will ever leave our child or children but these feeling are valid and I feel like I'm not the only one that feels this way. Also if you feel like its best for you to leave then talk to a professional that you trust to help you figure out if you want to or notđź’›

@Mila YES!!!! EXACTLY!!!

@Mila I try and try to have those moments where i look at him in the eyes and fall in love every time but I dont have that. I had that moment when I first saw him and thats it.

I don't necessarily want my old life back because I was feeling very stuck before we had him in regards to same thing day in day out and at least things have changed and there's always new milestones and I'm actually seeing friends and family more now than before. My current thing is "stop the ride I want to get off for a breather" but I'm currently in PPD therapy which is helping.

@Alex Yeah I need to take a day too myself but what am I going to do? I dont like going places alone bc people scare me and I dont have any friends near by so I just stay home and be a mom

I def have these feelings at times. For me I think it comes from not having any family or close riends around I trust enough with our son, to give us any kind of breather or time by ourselves.
