Vomiting bug?
Baby just woke up being very sick everywhere. No fever. Assume he’s picked up a bug but (miraculously!) it’s the first time it’s happened so not sure what I should do? Keep offering breast milk/water? Assume I don’t need to call 111 unless other symptoms arise?

You can also offer dioralyte according to pack instructions if you’re worried about dehydration. Hope baby feels better soon.
