Eczema 😵‍💫

My son has eczema and I literally don’t know what to do to manage it. He’s EXTREMELY itchy. Constantly scratching at his head, neck, legs & belly and crying. Does anyone have any products that help keeps their little ones eczema controlled ? Or help with the flare ups, redness, dry skin & most of all the itch 😭

You can give the Ella Ola products a try. I really like them. Tubby Todd all over ointment might also give him some relief. But if it’s severe he might need a medicated cream

okay so my daughter has the same thing. and i’ve tried tubby todd’s, it worked for a few days then nothing. Butttt the aveno eczema shower gel and lotion have been a life saver. So I bathe her with the shower gel and the little eczema bath treatment. I dry her really really well then apply the moisturizer everywhere and to lock it in I put a super thick layer of aquaphor. I also moisturize her everytime i change her diaper and again lock it in with aquaphor and her skin is so much better after a few weeks of doing that

I struggle with it personally and have been watching my baby like a hawk for any signs of it because I know how uncomfortable it can be! I personally found most success with products that also have hyaluronic acid in it to help protect the skin and keep moisture retained for longer. From my understanding it’s also safe for baby - I like to put a few drops and rub it in and then put a heavy cream like eucerin or even aquaphor over it to help lock everything down. If regular over the counter moisturizers don’t help I really recommend talking to their doctor, because when I was a kid it would get so bad that my skin would crack and bleed and they have prescription ointments that can help prevent it from getting that bad!

I’ve tried everything too mama! We do coconut oil mixed with baby aveno lotion and that the only thing that works. When he get a red stop flare up here and there we do hydrocortisone cream
