rash?

my son has had these rashes or like little dry blotches and we thought it was eczema but it’s getting worse around his chin and mouth we were prescribed hydrocortisone but it’s not working anyone have any ideas ?

Put lil vaseline the baby one at night and between naps. It help get all redness away then you see it going away. U got put one a least 3 times or it’s not gonna work
