When to stop giving baby milk (formula/BreastMilk)?

Hi beautiful Mommas. What is your night routine like for your little one? Please help, it seems as if my little one must drink milk to fall asleep.. have you all stop giving your baby milk (formula/BreastMilk)? & if you have, are you giving them regular food then water before they sleep ? How long do they sleep for before another meal in the middle of the night? Thanks for your help

All babies are different! My daughter was breastfed for 13 months but weaned herself off and towards the end I was only nursing her once at night before bed. Then after 13 months she switched to cows milk. Now with my son (11 months) he’s still nursing pretty consistently, but since he’s also eating solids and drinking water, I’m starting to try to wean him off and I’ve been nursing him for shorter periods, then offering cows milk afterwards. Eventually once he’s weaned off of the boob I’ll be giving him cows milk for before naps and bed and water/one cup of juice a day with meals & snacks.
