Carobel causing painful gas..

Is this a common problem? Carobel has solved my boys reflux but he is now up all night every night in pain with gas! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

If I stop the carobel, how long will it take for the gas to go away? Desperate for some sleep!! 😴

We had similar issues for a while with Carobel. We’re still using it as the gas issue was easier to solve than the reflux 😂 we gave gripe water before bed and this did help xx
