My tickly nose is the worst
Hey girls, I was wondering if anyone has experienced this while pregnant. I am 9weeks+4 and I have such a tickly nose which comes and goes throughout the day. It’ll cause me to sneeze a few times then having to blow my nose for about 10 mins after. I have never struggled with hayfever or anything similar to this prior to being pregnant and wondered if there’s any way to relieve this, and when it’ll stop!? I saw there’s a thing called pregnancy rhinitis, could it be this?

Sounds like it could be, with increased blood flow in pregnancy also comes with increased mucus 😎 you can get antihistamines if you need x

Thinking about it I literally sneezed most of my pregnancy. My nose was always stuffy, was super annoying
loratadine and cetirizine are pregnancy safe
