Skins got bad recently since I’ve just been using lumielle liquid glass exfoliatent. All reviews amazing bit is this just bringing the dirt out?

Looks like it is congestion coming out from under the surface on your nose, if you steam your face you could try extracting them or if you’d rather you could book yourself into a salon for a facial and they could do it for you. The rest of your skin seems to be open pores xx

Looks like normal human skin to me. That's what most people look like without make up or filters/Photoshop

Pimple suckers are awesome. But do the research on good ones first and like said, steam your face before hand.
