Pelvic Floor Physio on period

I’ve just got my period back 3 months PP and I’ve got a pelvic floor physio check up in 2 days… can I still go to the apt when I’m bleeding?

I would probably call ahead. It will be quite patient specific as to whether a pelvic exam is required or if a chat, and feeling your tummy will suffice. If it’s your first appt they will probs want to do a full assessment
My first appt I had a full examination but second one was just a a chat and a look at my ab separation :-)

* I should add, they can still do an assessment if you’re on period, but it’s more if you’re comfortable or not!
