Hiding or innocent

So my husband has this small luggage bag that he has since the day we got married it contains all important documents such as immigration papers and certifications all stuff pertaining to him. About to months ago we went through a rough patch and i left he needed up taking the bag with him when he left the house since then we got back together it’s been 2 months (it was a short break) the bag is still not in the apartment and it’s in his truck should i be concerned
