Help with 3 month old please!

Hi there my three month old was diagnosed cmpa a couple months ago I believe, I’ve been dairy free breastfeeding other than one aptimil pepti 1 bottle before bed with gaviscon in. He’s so farty and grunty during the day recently, with a lot of spit up. Anyone have any advice or reason for this?
