Failed glucose test

My doctor told me that it is pretty common to fail the one hour one. I wouldn’t stress too much about it, it sounds like your numbers aren’t that high from the so-called normal range.

If you were to have it, they most likely would just put you on a diet and potentially give you some sort of medication to help regulate your levels.

I failed the 1 hour with a 169😭 had to do the 3 hour and passed it! It’s really common to fail the 1 hour so try not to stress out too much!

I failed one hour glucose test I got 149 but passed the three hour glucose test.

Same, failed the 1 hr, passed the 3 hr.
You'll find there can be a lot of false positives in many of the tests they give. Goodlcuk

Same I failed the first with 147. Passed the 3 hour. Very common to fail the first time.

My doctor said between about 135-200 you just need the 3 hour test. Does not mean you have diabetes, just need further testing

I had GD with my first. Well barely. But risk is big baby, slightly higher risk of stillbirth (still very low though). There are several other things but I honestly can't remember them

You might not! It is a screening test, not a diagnostic test. You’ll just have to eat a diabetic diet and test your blood sugar multiple times a day if you have it, and they may want to induce labor right when you reach 39 weeks. Most people don’t need insulin or have any complications, but the most common one is having a big baby
