Baby feeding constantly

My 7 week old baby is feeding constantly today, smaller portions per sitting but getting through a 150ml bottle in 2 hours?! Is that normal??!!

My baby is a chunk and has similar amounts the HV and doc said he's just a hungry boy 🙈

Just feels like he's feeding constantly!! Crazy!! He is feeding less in the night though
