Anxious
I am 1 week postpartum and I am already so anxious about going back to work after my leave is up. I want to take PFL to extend it but that would fall under the busiest time for my job literally Oct-Dec and I know they need me but I do not want to leave my baby. Praying I find a remote position so I can just end things with current employer on good terms so they can find a replacement without me being so inconsiderate.

Take the time off. You are replaceable at work. You are not replaceable at home.
Take all the time you need. It's your right and your baby needs you more than your company does.
You will never regret spending time with your baby and you ll never be old saying “I wish I had worked harder and made more money “ but sadly so many these days say “I should have worked less and spent more time with family”. Time is our most precious currency.
