Starting to feel fed up
Hey
I’m 31 weeks pregnant with my second baby, I’ve had a headache since Monday evening. I have been to the hospital and they checked urine and done blood pressure to rule out pre eclampsia which both were fine. I’ve had a cold on and off since 25 weeks pregnant as just been diagnosed with gestational diabetes.
My question is could this headache be just down to having another cold and having to test my bloods?
I’m starting to feel fed up and physically exhausted with this pregnancy and thinking I may have to go on maternity leave early

There are other things that can cause headaches too not just preeclampsia. If it’s persisting call triage again. They should do other investigations to rule out other causes
Low/high blood sugar can cause headaches so it could be a symptom of your gestational diabetes, or you’d could just be getting a cold.
