I do yes, I do it through natural cycles so I wear it in bed at night. They say to wears it on the inside of your wrist for the best reading x

I do the same!
Ive been wearing my watch for a few nights now and haven’t gotten any data not sure what im doing wrong, also do i need an app like natural cycles or can i track it solely through my health app?

You could probably do it solely from your health app, I know it takes a minimum of wearing it for 5 nights in a row before it finds your baseline and picks up your temp x
ive been wearing it for over a week now and still nothing
Ive been using “sleep mode” when im going to sleep the last 2 nights and its only just started to collect data for my wrist temperature but still nothing on my BBT
Will it collect the body temp once my wrist temp is completed or am i doing something wrong? x

Yeh it has to be in sleep mode! So the Apple Watch only collects wrist temp and will look at how much it increases or decreases from baseline so you could work from that but in terms of getting full BBT you won’t get that just in health you’ll have to do that through an app like natural cycles or something x

Yes I did to conceive my second
genius thank you so much, i added it to my period app and it added previous data which Ive now cleared ready for a fresh start
So ill hopefully wake up tomorrow morning and it just syncs to my app i guess? x

How have you got on? Did it sync up in the end?
so far it’s only collected my wrist temperature i can only get bbt if i add it manually myself, will it not track it for me and sync it to connected apps? x
i have the cycle and glow apps and it hasnt synced with either so it just says no data collected xx
