I've been terrified of SIDS and I don't know if I overcompensated. We got an air con when the heat wave hit and the cool room and noise helps my now 12 week old sleep but the last few nights her temp is around 36.3/36.4 - is it too low?
We only use the fan setting now and I even started the night with nothing on - just a sound machine - and we were waking at 2am and the room was roasting and felt too hot so I'd put it on. She's in a sleepsuit and a love to dream swaddle, her feet are always cold in the morning. I told my concerns to the hv and she said babies actually like to be cooler but I'm panicking.

36.4 is a totally normal temp you only need to worry if they go into the 35s.
I really reccomend downloading the British red cross app for babies it gives you loads of medical support and puts mind at ease x

Babies body temperature drops slightly when they sleep. My LG temp goes down to 36 sometimes overnight.

That's a normal temp. I'd go by hot her chest is and check room temp
