Anyone else’s period been super messed up since having a baby? I’m ALWAYS late each month- currently 5 days late but not pregnant 🤔
We want to start trying for another baby soon but I’m just scared that my cycles are all messed up so it might take a long time again ( it took us over a year to conceive our boy).

My cycles have changed too, might just be a case yours is longer now? x
Mine have gone from bang on every 28 days to 24-32 days 🫠 makes no sense!
it’s frustrating isn’t it! Still haven’t come on but I’ve been an emotional mess so anyday now I recon 🤣 x
Maybe try tracking your temp and ovulation using an app? After a few months even with an irregular cycle it should be able to help you determine when you're likely to be ovulating. I tried the femometer app when TTC with our little one as I knew my cycle was irregular and even without tracking previous months we conceived the first month as we knew when I ovulated and the app even tells you the best days to have sex to conceive too! 🤭
