I’m currently 9+5 and I was a UK14 pre-pregnancy. At the moment I’m quite bloated (not necessarily showing yet) and cannot stand ANYTHING tight on my tummy without being uncomfortable and feeling even more nauseous. So tights, leggings, shorts, jeans, trousers and anything with a waistband is an absolute no go.
With the nice weather we’ve been having I’ve managed to get away with dresses and jumpsuits as they flow and aren’t tight to the tummy.
However, when the weather isn’t so nice, I am baffled on what to wear that doesn’t scream ‘I’m pregnant!’ 😢
It’s starting to get me down. Luckily I’m a teacher so I’ve had the summer off but September is creeping closer and I’m lost as to what to wear to not give anything away and to be comfortable.
Help!?

Hi Lauren! I'm 11 weeks tomorrow, I'm a size 10-12 pre pregnancy. My jeans no longer fit me so I'm living in stretchy tube skirts, leggings or long dresses. With the leggings I just wear jumpers ( I like an over size fit so its working well for me ) I think even with the weather getting colder I'll still be wearing dresses and I'll just start wearing tights with them even if they're skin coloured ones. I'm fortunate that I work from home 3 days a week so I live in pj's when I'm at home.
I'll be buying maternity stuff from shein because it's cheap, I have a few dresses from there and they're now staples in my wardrobe and the quality is so good!
I hope this has helped some x

I'd recommend starting to buy some maternity clothing, just basics like leggings and tights, then you can wear flowy dresses / oversized jumpers etc over the top. Like Kimberley said, go cheap on shein or even have a look on vinted!

Hopefully by then your nausea will have died down and you can do dresses with tights (potentially maternity tights if you feel normal tights are too restrictive).
I love my snag tights, they’re super stretchy and I never feel restricted in them! 😍 x

Relate😅 I’ve been wearing my mums pants all week🤣 but just ordered a load from white fox because it’s baggy clothes and ill be able to wear them after too🥰

I’ve bought a few midi dresses from Vinted in the size above me so they feel more lose and comfortable. Also got a few smock dresses too. I know what you mean, even a lose elastic band on my stomach feels so uncomfortable x
