PhD whilst pregnant

Hiya👋🏼

Did anyone do their phd whilst pregnant? I am currently in my final year of my phd and am expecting my first baby in November. I have been granted leave for 6 months meaning il have 6 months to complete when I return.

Has anyone experienced this? Did you extend/switch to part time?

Hi I am currently doing a PhD and have spoke to other people who have completed a PhD after a child. Most have returned full time or just took a write up extension and finished whilst working but guess it depends on what your PhD is in. Hope this helps
