Transitioning to cows milk

Has everyone started the transition now our babies are 1?
I tried cows milk in porridge about a month ago as per advice from the health visitor, but my little girl came out in rashes all over her body! I was told to wait until she is 1 and try adding it to her bottles and gradually increase.

She is still on 3 bottles a day (first wake up, before nap and before bed), I am going to try an ounce tomorrow and then each week gradually increase, but I’m wondering do I add cows milk to all 3 bottles each day, or do I make it even more gradual and only start with 1?

I’ve been trying too but my son seems to be screaming and being sick more ever since giving cows milk.

I’m debating not giving him it at all and just giving water and diluted fruit juices as he’s not even taking to cows milk anyway x

I’ve transitioned both my kids this way. An ounce at a time until the cows milk outweighs the formula. It took about 2-3 weeks with my first but I went in quicker with my second and he was on full cows milk in about a week.
I did it with every bottle, he was on 7oz bottles so I’d do 1:6 for the day, next day 2:6 and so on and if he was ok the next day just added more.
Every baby is different so follow their lead!
