I had this at first and I joked I had one sweet and one sour breast lol I tried a nipple shield on the one he didn’t like and that worked a treat.
It is possible that your baby has some tension which makes it difficult for them to turn a certain way towards the unfavoured breast. If you can afford it, it may be worth a couple of osteopath treatments.
My boy always had a fave. I persevered with both for a couple of months and then just fed him from one in the end x
@Gemma yes that is exactly what has happened to me. We saw an osteopath for our first assessment today and he said he thinks a few sessions and feeding will be much easier 🤞🏼 So maybe worth checking out My baby has a strong preference to turn his head to the left and isn’t at ease in the movement of turning the other way I wouldn’t have noticed but a lactation consultant pointed it out and then I couldn’t un see it Good luck xx
We lovingly refer to one of my boobs as “shit tit” as it’s harder to feed her on one side! I’m persevering with it and doing like you by feeding her off that one first 😅

@Georgie this is so funny cos I refer to it as “shit tit” too, which my Toddler overhears sometimes and repeats 😂
My boy is the same. He is however a little better on it with rugby hold. He doesn't really get a choice as my nipple on the other one reduces me to near tears. Hes got a very strong suck.
