My LG has had these spots round her mouth for a few weeks was told to use a cream on it by gp, it has now began moving up her face an is a lot more angry looking it’s on her eyelids and everything anyone know what it could be.

What cream did the doctor recommend? Could be eczema..?

Prescribed cream for our little boy (certraban) she did say it’s trial and error with stuff like this and we could be just going back and forth until we found the right one xx
This looks like hand foot and mouth. Does she still feed normally or have sores in her mouth?
no nothing in her mouth just the sore face
