Ideas of cup/bottle to drink out of when 1

Our little ones will be 1 soon and I’ve read the NHS recommendations that say feeding milk from a bottle at this age should be discouraged. Can anyone recommend a cup/free flow bottle please? My LB uses the tommee tippee free flow cups for water and is quite confident with it, can I use that? A bit clueless here 🥲

A soft free flow straw or open cup is best for oral development at this stage. We’ve used a tum tum straw cup since 6 months and baby got it straight away just from watching me demonstrate x
