Small pets

I have 3 bunnies. My baby isn't born yet and they aren't free roam, though. I would just make sure you're still giving your bunny attention as much as you can. She might get curious and want to see the baby as well depending on her temperament.

I have 3 cats and a 7 month old it’s not easy but as a newborn I’d take his hand and pet the cats his cat would try to lay on him at night as soon as he came home from the hospital but we’d tell whiskey no and put him next to our son now the cats absolutely love him and he’ll pet them and watch them all the time sometimes when I’m trying to get him to sleep in the rocking chair our one cat Henny will jump up on us and lay half on my lap and half on my sons lap I’d say do that so the bunny holds no resentment and whenever u get the chance hold her spent time/pet her

A lot of people told me to bring a blanket in with the baby’s scent on it before we brought him in but it was February when he get out of nicu and came home it was too cold we brought him right in the house and the cat instantly wanted to see so I started the petting from there he rarely grabs them and pulls there hair but when he does I stop it tell him nice touches and take his hand to pet them nicely again then he’s cool and won’t do it again for a week or two unless he gets overly excited so I’d watch to make sure your baby doesn’t grab at her cause then she’ll hate the baby and be scared and possibly bite too
