Dose pot pass through breast milk? I used to smoke before finding out I was pregnant my daughter is now 4 months old. I used to use it for my insomnia and want to possibly try it again. I’m on trazadone and it doesn’t work

Sorry you’re dealing. Trust me I’ve been there. Neurology was able to give me more options than a GP if you haven’t tried that route yet

Try taking magnesium before bed especially the glycinate kind. Breastfeeding depletes minerals anyways so you are probably low to add a supplement anyways. I do for my sleep

I thought about switching her but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. It brought me to tear’s giving her formula.

at least a year is my goal
