Dental X-rays

I got dental x rays done when I was in first trimester with my first kid. I didn’t know that it was something some people were concerned about until afterwards and then I was all paranoid. But now she’s 14 months old, completely healthy and normal haha. I would definitely ask your dentist about it though so they can address your concerns. I think some might suggest holding off on the x rays, or they will give you extra protection to cover your baby bump ❤️

Talk to your dentist and let them know you’re pregnant and how far along then they can advise you. 🤗

Personally I put them off till after pregnancy. But I also try not to get them often at all.

I had to get a letter from my OB saying it was ok to do the X-ray and then the tech placed 2 protective covers on me-she said one for me and one for the baby 😊

If they’re absolutely necessary I would just request lead coverings to protect baby and your sensitive organs from the radiation <3
