What do I pack for my hospital bag I’m a first time mum and I have few things in mind but I don’t want to forget anything so any suggestions would really help things for me but also baby

The NHS have a list which is a good starting point. There's been lots of threads about this in the group recently so scroll down a bit for some extra ideas
I would highly recommend a handheld fan, life saver in my last labour!
Other than your necessities. Anything to chill you out midwife’s mentioned fake candles, essential oils anything that will increase your oxytocin levels!!
There's loads of great ideas online, I wrote a list combining ideas from a few different sources but they're much of a muchness really🙂
